It has been a very exciting Summer 2010 here at CindysConfections.com!
We are honored to bring the cookie program out to
the Flip Flop Ranch in the Lucerne Valley, California!!
The Flip Flop Ranch does a lot of humanitarian work with battered individuals,
kids at risk, soldiers adjusting to civilian life, etc. This is such a remarkable
organization that Dr. Serina Harvey runs, when she launched the battered persons
program calls to the Sheriff’s Department on domestic battery calls dropped 89%!!
On the agricultural side they specialize in domestic endangered animals.
It really is a most remarkable organization.

Guess What -- We've Started a Blog!!!
We have a love of the sugar arts which we’ve had for many years now, and in sharing this love
with the world, we’ve been asked many times “How did you do that?”, “What book/cake toy do
you recommend?” and such. To answer each and every question posed to us is taking up more
time than we have available, so we have decided to consolidate this information into a blog format.
The focus of this blog is to share our love of the sugar arts by sharing online tutorials, book and product reviews, general help with sugar problems, interviews with those in the biz and
sharing our own adventures in discovering and mastering new techniques. We are always
learning and love to share. We are also extremely pleased with the work of our students
and plan to spotlight their work as well.

This gallery is designed to display some of the many sugar techniques we enjoy working with, educating the public on purchasing a custom designed cake and showcasing the incredible talents of our students.
We are a small cake boutique with a passion for making
fabulous cakes for your very special occasion. Because of this we place great importance on our relationship with every
